Linda Gaddie

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Linda Gaddie brings Avalon eighteen years of experience as a strategist, implementer, coach, and executive. Prior to assuming this position, Ms. Gaddie was the principal and senior consultant at Larcen Consulting Group, from 1996 to 2009. While there she designed and implemented Human Resources, talent management and organization effectiveness programs for leading companies. She developed award-winning and company-leading projects for General Electric, Blue Shield of California, FedEx, Hewlett Packard, Taiwan Semiconductor Manu acting Corporation, Mediatek Corporation and expanded business opportunities for Larcen Consulting Group. Her international experience includes extensive work in China, Taiwan, Japan, Canada and Mexico.

Her experience in the health care field includes six years as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Behavioral Health Division of Covenant Health Systems and five years as Director of Operations and Clinic Manager at the Overlook Center in Tennessee. In these positions, she provided operational management, improved profitability and oversaw recruiting.

Ms. Gaddie received a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Kentucky in 1981. Additionally, she holds a Master of Social Work degree—also from the University of Kentucky—and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Berea College. Her Doctoral work continued at University of Kentucky in Health Policy and Planning, Finance and Economics.
